Litigation finance is evolving. Gone are the days when the only offering available involved the securing of funding to cover the costs of a single case.
Now, litigation finance is used by companies, individuals and law firms for a wide range of purposes, often unrelated to litigation. To put it quite simply, litigation finance is becoming corporate finance.

- Portfolio finance
- Recourse financing
- WIP financing
- Financing DBAs
