Burford Vice President Emily Hostage will be speaking at a ChIPS event on Wednesday February 24, 2021 at 12:00 PM CT.
The Chicago and Indianapolis Chapters of ChIPS will be presenting a conversation as a follow on to the 2020 Summit and Diversity Lab's challenge to do something hard in 2021 to increase diversity in leadership at law firms and within legal departments. There will be a brief presentation/introduction focused on identified areas in which progress can be made, followed by break-out sessions to discuss and share ideas for actions we all can take in 2021 to enhance equality for all.
Founded in 2005 by seven women chiefs of intellectual property in Silicon Valley, ChIPs has 3,700 members and seventeen chapters in the United States and abroad. The ChIPs community comes from the private sector as well as all branches of the government. Our members are engaged at the heart of current events — as active participants in the lawmaking, policymaking, judicial, advocacy and innovation processes.
