Daniel Hall to speak at RILPA Conference

Daniel Hall, Co-Head of EMEA at Burford Capital, will be speaking on the panel "Best practices and pitfalls in obtaining information and evidence from business intelligence and through judicial discovery" at the Restructuring Insolvency and Legal Practitioners Association (RILPA) Conference. The session will take place on March 9 at 4:20PM GST at Shangri-La Dubai.

The panel will discuss the most recent methods available to lawyers for obtaining information, including the Norwich Pharmacal gateways, 1782 discovery in the US, and many more.

RILPA was formed to promote the support and development of the insolvency and restructuring industry in the UAE and it has been set up to hold international and regional events across GCC countries and the wider MENA region.
