Joe Durkin, Senior Vice President at Burford Capital, will be chairing the RILPA Conference in Doha. The event will take place on May 3 from 8:45AM-11:15 AM AST.
The first panel will discuss third party funding of construction disputes in Qatar, particularly when it comes to major infrastructure projects. The second panel will speak about developments in the rescue and legal finance markets for construction companies in Qatar and across the GCC and A panel of experts will give practical tips on recovering assets in complex cross-border disputes.
RILPA was formed to promote the support and development of the insolvency and restructuring industry in the UAE and it has been set up to hold international and regional events across GCC countries and the wider MENA region.
