Mr. Bailhache, who will take up his position with effect from 1 September 2019 and will be based in London, is a former Director of Communications for Direct Line Group, where he was an Executive Committee member, and Head of Group Press Office for HSBC Holdings, where he was responsible for global media relations.
He has acted for Burford Capital for a number of years, first as Managing Director, Financial Services at FTI Consulting, where he led financial communications advice on the Company’s initial public offering in 2009. More recently, he has advised Burford from Neustria Partners and Montfort Communications.
