Ahmed Eltamami is a Quantitative Investment Associate with responsibility for analyzing Burford’s investments within its underwriting and investment arm. Mr. Eltamami uses quantitative models and proprietary datasets to assess potential investments and add value to Burford’s existing portfolio. In addition, Mr. Eltamami is involved in several internal and external projects, including the development of the secondary market for litigation assets.
Prior to joining Burford, Mr. Eltamami was an analyst at Stout Risius Ross where he worked in dispute consulting and valuation advisory. His work focused on expert witness engagements regarding complex commercial litigation, breach of contract claims, securities disputes and cross-border disputes. Prior to that, he was a consulting associate at RSM in Los Angeles.
Mr. Eltamami graduated from Claremont McKenna College, majoring in Economics and Accounting, and is completing the Financial Economics Sequence from the Robert Day School of Economics & Finance.
