Sam Bendit is an Underwriting Associate in Burford’s litigation finance team with responsibility for identifying and generating new investment opportunities in the UK and Europe, focusing on the competition and class action space. More broadly, Mr Bendit contributes towards Burford public policy efforts in the UK and in developing the secondary market of litigation assets.
Mr. Bendit received his LLM from the University of Sydney and his Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
