James MacKinnon to speak during London International Disputes Week

James MacKinnon, Director at Burford Capital will speak on the panel “Decoding M&A and shareholder disputes - A discussion on key legal and quantum issues” during London International Disputes Week (LIDW) hosted by Burford Capital, Osborne Partners and Cyril Amarchand. This session will take place on June 6 at 9:00AM BST in London. 

The panelists will discuss misrepresentation and breach of warranty claims, corporate governance related issues, purchase price considerations and disputes in the context of exit rights afforded to investors. James will be joined by Shaneen Parikh (Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas), Montek Mayal (Osborne Partners), Manish Aggarwal (Three Crowns LLP), Amita Gupta Katragadda (Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas) and Patrick Taylor (Debevoise & Plimpton).
