Emily Tillett, Vice President at Burford Capital will speak during the Australian Arbitration Week panel Breaking bread: slicing through the ‘inherent tension’ between cross-border insolvency and arbitration in the Asia-Pacific hosted by Norton Rose Fulbright. The session will take place on October 15 at 7:30am AEDT in Sydney. 

Expert speakers will explore the tension between cross-border insolvency and arbitration in the Asia-Pacific region. This panel brings together professionals in both arbitration and insolvency to unpack the challenges that arise when these two areas of practice intersect. 

Emily will be joined by The Honourable James Allsop AC, Scott Atkins (Norton Rose Fulbright) and Kei-Jin Chew (Ascendant Legal Singapore).
