Matthew Toma, Senior Vice President at Burford Capital will speak on the panel “Hunting Fast-Moving Targets: provisional measures and attachment strategies,” hosted by Westerberg & Partners at Paris Arbitration Week.

The panel will address:
Emergency arbitration and provisional measures under various arbitration systems;
Cross-border attachments in multi-jurisdictional disputes, including international enforceability of attachment orders in aid of arbitration;
Attachment or seizure of fast-moving assets, such as invested funds, digital currencies, vessels and aircraft.
Mr. Toma will speak alongside Therese Isaksson (Westerberg & Partners), Tom Blank (Westerbeg & Partners), Sara Nadeau-Seguin (Teynier Pic), and Raphaël Kaminsky (Teynier Pic).
