Burford operates a fund of over $300 million and is publicly traded. Our management team is the most experienced in the industry. Our typical investment in the US is over $3 million. We have recently expanded into the UK.
How We Help
We provide financing in the areas of litigation and arbitration. Our goal is to “unlock” the value of the underlying claims to benefit our clients. We can fund a case, finance operating expenses, monetize a judgment, and more.
