Joshua Harris is a Vice President of Burford’s underwriting and investment arm.
Prior to joining Burford, Mr. Harris was a litigator in Loeb & Loeb’s New York office, where he maintained a patent practice with a particular focus on pharmaceutical patent litigation and counseling. While at Loeb & Loeb, he successfully represented brand pharmaceutical companies dealing with issues including infringement, validity and enforceability of patents. He began his legal career as an associate at Morgan & Finnegan.
Mr. Harris graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and received his B.S. in biophysics (with honors) from Brown University.
