Ben Dinolt is a Senior Vice President at Burford Capital with responsibility for assessing and underwriting legal risk with a focus on asset recovery. He brings significant expertise in investment diligence, litigation fact-finding and enforcement strategy, drawing on more than two decades of experience in asset recovery, corporate intelligence, white-collar crime, asset tracing and cross-border investigations.

Before joining Burford, Ben was a private investigator who worked with law firms, corporations, nonprofits and criminal defense attorneys on complex civil, criminal and enforcement matters. His background includes uncovering hard-to-locate information, analyzing complex records and turning investigative work into practical reports for case teams.

Ben earned his MBA from San Francisco State University and his BA from the American University.
