How can we #ChoosetoChallenge gender inequity for International Women’s Day 2021?

March 8 is International Women’s Day (IWD), and this year’s theme is “Choose to Challenge.”

We can all choose to challenge gender bias and inequity in the workplace and in the business of law. We can all choose to champion women and celebrate their achievements. And in the end, we will all benefit—because a more inclusive world leads to better outcomes for everyone.

In this video, four Equity Project Champions explain how we can #ChoosetoChallenge gender inequity during International Women’s Day 2021:

  • Why gender diversity must remain a priority in the midst of a downturn

  • How law firms can promote greater diversity in their senior ranks

  • How law firm leadership can foster diversity at their firms

  • How GCs can impact gender diversity at law firms and on arbitration tribunals
