GAR reports: "YPF investors turn to Three Crowns for new claim against Argentina"

Global Arbitration Review (GAR) reports that "two groups of minority shareholders in YPF – Petersen and Eton Park – told the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on 21 April that they 'are going to commence' arbitration against Argentina and have provided notice to that effect."
