Evan Meyerson, Managing Director at Burford Capital, will join a panel discussion during the Harvard Association of Law and Business (HALB) Conference. The session will take place on March 31 at 12:30pm EDT in Cambridge.

The panel will explore the broader theme of monetizing legal assets and the growing range of capital strategies emerging across the legal market. Panelists will consider how legal claims can no longer be viewed as liabilities but balance-sheet assets, what makes certain claims genuinely investable and how investors and practitioners assess legal risk in practice. It will also address litigation finance, restructuring-related value creation and the rise of outside capital solutions for law firms.

Evan will be joined by Cesar Bello (Corbin Capital), Nicole Greenblatt (Kirkland and Ellis) and Professor David Wilkins (Harvard Law School).
