A leading asset manager was struggling with an inefficient system for funding and pursuing securities claims in the US and internationally. Solution: $130 million portfolio financing agreement of US and non-US securities claims 

Burford worked with a global asset manager to develop a multi-year, multi-jurisdictional financing structure to fund securities claims. This structure enabled the pursuit of claims globally under a master agreement with a unitary fee structure and more favorable terms.
