Rufus Caine was most recently Senior Vice President at Burford Capital with responsibility for helping companies, in-house legal teams and their law firms optimize the value of their legal assets. Prior to joining Burford, he served in various roles at Axiom Law, where as a Director he was accountable for working with leading in-house legal departments and managing executive level relationships, including with several Fortune 100 companies. Previously, he was a litigation associate at Willkie Farr and Gallagher in Washington, DC, and Legislative Counsel in the US Senate, where he oversaw a wide range of domestic policy matters.
