Philipp Leibfried, Director at Burford Capital will speak on the panel “Class Actions in the UK” during GLG’s Global Class Actions Symposium 2025. The session will take place on November 18 at 9:30am GMT in London.
It has been a turbulent year for the UK’s class actions regime, characterized by certification uncertainty and – in one notable example – lower-than-anticipated settlements. This year’s opening panel looks at the latest state of play across the United Kingdom.
