The panel will address insolvency in complex litigation from both Spanish and Mexican perspectives: the interaction between insolvency and ongoing arbitral proceedings, the enforcement of arbitral awards against a party in insolvency, and the tools available to creditors, such as insolvency proceedings as a leverage tool, forensic asset tracing, third-party litigation funding and interim measures.
