Mike Bryant

Partner, Knox Capital Holdings

Mike is a Partner at Knox Capital, where he invests in software and tech-enabled service companies in the legal, governance, regulatory and compliance sectors. Mike also currently serves as Interim CEO at BryteBridge, a Compliance as a Service company focused on non-profit and SMB formation, ongoing compliance and tax support.

Jeroen Plink

COO, Legaltech Hub

Jeroen is a former private equity attorney with Clifford Chance Amsterdam. He spent time at Latham & Watkins in LA on secondment from Clifford Chance. Having founded a few LegalTech companies, having led the innovation team at Clifford Chance and built Practical Law US before its sale to Thomson Reuters, he is an investor and advisor to legal tech companies, law firms, PE and VC funds, law companies and in-house legal departments. Together with Nicola Shaver, he runs LegalTech Hub a platform to help buyers of LegalTech solutions find solutions and vendors market their solutions.

Zach Posner

Co-Founder and Managing Director, The LegalTech Fund

Zach Posner is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The LegalTech Fund. TLTF invests globally at the intersection of the world of law and AI and currently has 43 portfolio companies. In addition, Zach was also a Co-Founder of the TLTFSummit, which the media described as “A Legal Tech Conference Like No Other”.
