Chris Freeman to speak at IP Dealmakers Forum

Chris Freeman, Managing Director at Burford Capital will speak during the panel “The Future of Litigation Funding” at the 12th Annual IP Dealmakers Forum. This session will take place on November 6 at 10:00am CST in Austin. 

The panel will examine the impact of the Tillis Tax on deal flow, investment strategies and access to capital. The discussion will also address how corporates, law firms and investors are responding to these changes and explore the future direction of the litigation funding market.

Chris will be joined by Patrick Fitch (Prince Loel Tye), Anup Misra (Curiam Capital), Natalie Parker (CAC Specialty) and Jayme Patridge (Brown Rudnick).
