Vanessa Biondo, Vice President at Burford Capital, will speak on the panel, “Investing in Legal Claims: Where are the Opportunities?” during the Global Trends in Litigation Finance and Special Situations Conference in partnership with the International Legal Finance Association (ILFA) and The Brazilian Association of Special Situations and Litigation Finance. The event will take place on April 15 in New York City.

The conference will bring together leading practitioners, investors and legal experts to examine key developments shaping the litigation finance and special situations landscape. Across five panels, participants will explore regulatory trends in the United States, global perspectives on litigation funding, cross-border asset tracing and investigations, and legal and financial strategies in distressed and restructuring scenarios.

Vanessa will be joined by Cesar Collier (Siguler Guff), Bruna Marengoni (BTG Pactual) and Rafael Pimenta (Galdino Advogados).
