Hannah Howlett to speak at FIRE Channel Islands & Isle of Man

Hannah Howlett, Senior Vice President at Burford Capital, will speak on the panel “Mastering Freezing Injunctions” panel during the upcoming FIRE Channel Islands & Isle of Man event. The session will take place on June 17 at 2:40pm BST in Guernsey.  

This panel explores the critical importance of preserving assets during legal proceedings, particularly in cross-border disputes. The discussion will also address the challenges in defending against improperly obtained or overly broad injunctions, highlighting the legal standards, procedural defenses and practical considerations that arise in these high-stakes scenarios.

Hannah will be joined by Andy McGregor (Enyo Law), Jason Woodland (Peters & Peters) and Anthony Williams (Appleby).
