Tom Evans to speak during Dubai Arbitration Week 2023

Tom Evans, Asset Recovery at Burford Capital, will be speaking during the session "Thinking beyond the final award: Achieving effective outcomes in international arbitration" during Dubai Arbitration Week 2023. The session will take place on November 13 at 8:45AM GST in Dubai.  

The panel will discuss key trend and developments from the English courts, the UAE framework for challenging and enforcing judgements and awards as well as what a funder really needs to see on a challenge or enforcement action. Tom will be joined by Khawar Qureshi KC (McNair International) and Ayman Merdas (Global Advocacy & Legal Counsel).
