Law.com's Litigation Daily features new Burford research on commercial opt-out claims
Burford Capital's latest research, "Survey of in-house counsel on commercial opt-out claims," is the lede in Law.com's Litigation Daily newsletter.
In the article, Burford Vice Chair David Perla says, "'[In-house counsel] see the benefits [of legal finance]. They know they're going to get more money if they can bear the risk of uncertainty and the risk of the expenses which we take off the table for them...I wasn't surprised by the motivators, as much as I was surprised that we needed to build a bridge between how we help and where in-house counsel are saying they are being held back from opting out.'"
