Christine Azar


Christine Azar is a Director of Burford, responsible for building relationships with US based law firms and companies.

Prior to joining Burford, Ms. Azar was the partner in charge of Labaton Sucharow’s Wilmington office and she spent the early part of her legal career at Grant & Eisenhofer and Blank Rome. Most recently, she led business development efforts at a litigation software company as well as a legal financing company. She has been recognized as a leading litigator by numerous organizations and was named one of the 25 Most Influential Women in Securities Law by Law360.

Ms. Azar earned her BS from James Madison University and her JD from Notre Dame Law School.
