Vice Chair David Perla and Managing Director Andrew Cohen are quoted in the latest issue of Corporate Disputes magazine, where they discuss the growth of the legal finance industry and the value it provides for law firms and businesses alike.

Perla says: "[Legal finance] enables firms to take on meritorious matters, without liquidity constraints, supporting alternative fee arrangements and unlocking working capital...For corporates in particular, it transforms legal claims into financial assets, freeing up cash flow and reducing risk exposure."
