Financieele Dagblad highlights Burford Capital in article about WAMCA claims in the Netherlands

Financieele Dagblad reports on five years of WAMCA  (the Collective Damages in Class Actions Act) claims in the Netherlands.

Burford is quoted: "Within the WAMCA landscape some 75% of cases are now idealistic where no damages are claimed at all. We see that this landscape is shifting to more commercial high-value claims."
