Bogart focuses on the role of legal finance as it relates to intellectual property—especially in the technology and health care sectors—in the Asian market. Noting that current AI litigation is “largely copyright-related,” Bogart believes that the collateral effect of AI will drive incremental litigation volume, particularly for clients with portfolios of valuable intellectual property.
