Mick Smith to speak at Open De Arbitraje 2022

Mick Smith, Principal at Burford, will be speaking at the panel “The European Directive on Third Party Funding/The new ICSID rules” as part of the 2022 Open De Arbitraje conference. The session will take place on May 5 at 9:00am CET.

The panel will cover the latest ICSID regulations around disclosure of arbitration financing and review the growth of legal finance in Europe. Mick will be joined by Íñigo Rodriguez-Sastre (Andersen), Antonio Bravo (Eversheds Nicea) and Gonzalo Vega (EY).

Open De Arbitraje is hosted by the European Arbitration Association, an organization dedicated to the development and promotion of arbitration as a conflict resolution mechanism.
