Salina Brindle is Associate Counsel at Burford Law, the independent ABS law firm that supports and complements Burford’s asset recovery business. In that capacity, she acts as a solicitor in English law matters and assists as a legal advisor alongside international local counsel when other legal jurisdictions are involved.
Burford Law directly advises clients on English law matters and plays a coordinating or supportive role in multi-jurisdictional enforcement and asset recovery projects, usually working alongside international local counsel. The firm provides a flexible, seamless and cost-effective service to judgment and award creditors, participants in insolvency situations, holders of NPL debt and various other creditors and claimants.
Prior to joining Burford, Ms. Brindle was an associate at Moon Beever Solicitors, where she led the firm’s newer business initiatives. Ms. Brindle's practice focused on contentious insolvency with an emphasis on recalcitrant debtors, judgment enforcement and injunctive relief. Before being admitted as a solicitor, Ms. Brindle was a contracts and procurement legal adviser for London Borough of Camden. She began her career as a litigation paralegal at Ashurst.
Ms. Brindle earned her LLB with honors from the University of Bristol, and her LLM from University College London.
