Quentin Pak

Quentin Pak is a Director at Burford Capital and Managing Director of Burford Asia. He leads Burford’s Singapore office and is responsible for expanding Burford’s capabilities across Asia, supporting clients involved in disputes both within the region and globally. He works with corporations, law firms and insolvency practitioners to develop legal risk management and financing solutions.

Prior to joining Burford, Quentin was head of Asia commodities at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Goldman Sachs, Barclays and Deutsche Bank.

Before entering banking, Quentin practiced law with Allen & Overy in London and Singapore.

Quentin earned an MA in Law and BEng from the University of Bristol.
