Monika Singh

Monika Singh, IACCP®, is Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Internal Audit at Burford Capital with responsibility for overseeing Burford’s compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and governance procedures, as well as leading the independent internal audit function.

Prior to joining Burford, Monika was chief compliance officer at 50 South Capital Advisors, where she oversaw compliance policies, regulatory implementation and evolving compliance requirements. Earlier in her career, she served in a series of senior compliance roles at Ziegler Capital Management, including chief compliance officer, after beginning her career as a compliance assistant at RCM Capital Management.

Monika received her BA from the University of Texas at Austin and has completed the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional Program.
