Aviva Will to speak at IMN Conference

Aviva Will, Co-Chief Operating Officer at Burford, will be speaking at the panel “Litigation Finance in the Corporate World: In-House Counsel” as part of the 3rd Annual Financing, Structuring & Investing in Litigation Finance Conference. The conference is hosted by IMN and will take place September 13 at 12pm EST.

The panel will discuss what funders need to change in order to ensure widespread adoption of litigation finance amongst corporate counsels and overcoming business development and origination challenges to work with GCs and CFOs. Aviva will be joined by William Weisman (Therium Capital Management) and Jed Wulfekotte (Stein Mitchell Beato & Missner LLP).
