Daniel Hall, Managing Director at Burford, will be speaking at the panel “Fire & Ice: Freezing the assets of persons unknown, accessories and funding issues when defending freezing orders” hosted by ThoughtLeaders4. The session is part of the Fire & Ice series and will take place on 6 July at 12pm-1pm BST.
The panel will focus on mechanism of asset freezing orders as well as the complexities around funding the proper costs and expenses of both compliance with the freezing orders and defending the substantive proceedings. Daniel will be joined by Marcia Shekerdemian QC (Barrister), Alasdair Davidson (Bedell Cristin), Luke Harrison (Keidan Harrison), Jurriaan Braat (Omni Bridgeway) and Matthew McGhee (Twenty Essex). The session will begin with the chair’s opening remarks and conclude with a panel Q&A.
