Emily Slater, Managing Director at Burford, will be speaking on the litigation finance panel at the upcoming Legal & Compliance 2022 conference hosted by Managed Funds Association (MFA). The session will take place on May 23 at 11:40am EDT.
The session will focus on the opportunities that come with legal finance and a deep dive into the deal structures, ethical concerns and fund-related considerations. Emily will be joined by Mark Germann (Elliott Management), Piotr Kietlinski (D.E. Shaw Group) and Eva Shang (Legalist).
