Emily Slater to speak at AC21 Virtual Series

Emily Slater, Managing Director at Burford, will be participating in the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors’ (AIRA) AC21 Virtual Series. She will be speaking at the panel “I’ll Take it From Here: Current Issues Arising in Post-Confirmation Chapter 11 Estate Administration” on June 22 at 4:30 PM EST – 5:30 PM EST.

The panel will focus on post-confirmation winddowns of debtors’ estates in the modern chapter 11 landscape, highlight the importance of involving post-confirmation professionals and identify common issues faced by plan administrators and liquidating trustees. Other panelists include Steve Balasiano (MHR Advisory Group), Scott Cargill (Lowenstein Sandler) and Susan P. Tomlinson (Crowe) and is moderated by Dana P. Kane (Kelley Drye).  The AC21 Virtual Series will consist of two preconference programs, 17 panels on bankruptcy and restructuring and three keynote presentations and panelists include corporate CEOS, bankruptcy judges and industry leaders.
