Emily Tillett to speak at Debtwire Asia Pacific Conference

Emily Tillett, Vice President at Burford, will be speaking at a fireside chat on litigation funding at the Debtwire Asia Pacific Forum. The conference will take place on 13 October at 8:45am HKT.

The panel will review the rise of litigation finance and the opportunities for finance providers in the coming year. The speakers will discuss various factors leading to this growth, including the greater number of companies being forced into liquidation and legislative reform to increase the scope of third-party funding, and provide an overview of developments in the area. Emily will provide examples of the workings of the litigation financing process. She will be joined by Kurkye Wong (Argyle Street Management Limited), Ashley Bell (Debtwire) and Josh Taylor (Alvarez & Marsal).
