Alyx Pattison to speak on FFA's Introduction to Litigation Finance

Burford Vice President Alyx Pattison will be presenting on The Faculty of Federal Advocates' (FFA) CLE webinar, Introduction to Litigation Finance, on Tuesday, July 28 at 12:00 pm MDT/ 2:00 pm EDT.

This CLE will address the basics of litigation finance, including what cases are appropriate for financing, the process for obtaining financing, the discoverability of information related to financing, and considerations specific to cases with a Colorado nexus. Presenters will include a representative from a litigation finance company, a litigation finance broker, and an attorney versed in litigation finance cases.
