Jeffery Commission, Director at Burford, will be speaking at the panel “Current Issues and Recent Developments in International Arbitration” as part of PLI’s International Arbitration 2022 conference. The session will take place on June 6 at 9:15am EDT.
The panelists will explore how to contribute to greener international arbitrations, promote diversity in international arbitration and discuss the increasing use of tribunal secretaries and third party funding in the field. Jeffery will be joined by James Boykin, Lindsay Gastrell, Dana MacGrath and Victoria Pernt.
