Jeffery Commission, Director at Burford Capital, will be speaking at a session of Columbia Law School’s “International Arbitration” course. The class will take place on April 19.
The spring-term course will bridge theory and practice in the context of international arbitration and focus on the conduct of all major aspects of the topic, including arbitration agreements, threshold issues in arbitration and third-party funding. Columbia Law School’s “International Arbitration” course is taught by international arbitration practitioners Rahim Moloo (Gibson Dunn) and Caline Mouawad (Chaffetz Lindsey).
