Jeffery Commission to speak at Emerging Trends in Third-Party Funding

Jeffery Commission, Director at Burford Capital, will be speaking on the panel "International Arbitration" at Emerging Trends in Third-Party Funding hosted by the Center on Civil Justice at New York University School of Law. The session will take place on 3 February at 10:45AM EST.

The panel will address the future of international arbitration, the third-party funding industry and various innovative financing structures and solutions that companies and law firms can pursue. Jeffery will be joined by Bernardo Cremades (Cremades y Asociados), Victoria Sahani (Boston University), Nargis Torres (Lex Finance), Dana McGrath (MacGrath Arbitration) and Ruth Teitelbaum (Independent Arbitrator).
