Jeffery Commission, Director at Burford Capital, will be presenting on the topic “Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration” at Washington College of Law’s International Commercial Arbitration Summer Program. The presentation will take place on 21 June from 12:00pm – 1:00pm EST.
The summer program focuses on practical and theoretical aspects of procedural and substantive law topics in international arbitration. It will provide a balance of asynchronous lectures, readings and hands-on activities, combined with live virtual classes by renowned experts and arbitration practitioners. The program will be open to practitioners for a certificate and JD and LLM candidates for academic credit.
