Joshua Harris to speak at IPWatchdog webinar

Joshua Harris, Senior Vice President at Burford, will be speaking on the webinar “Obtaining Investment for Life Sciences Companies: Best Practices for Securing Funding and Negotiating Term Sheets” hosted by IPWatchdog. The webinar is part of the Life Sciences Masters 2022 program will take place on October 25 at 5:00pm EDT.

The speakers will discuss the growth of litigation finance in the intellectual property practice and review the basics of term sheets, including why they are such an important step in getting to an agreement, key areas and contentious issues to know and key risks to understand.
