Kelly Daley, Director at Burford, will be speaking at the panel “Class Action Litigation Development” as part of the Food & Beverage Litigation Conference hosted by Perrin Conferences. The panel will take place on October 14 at 9:45am CDT.
The panel will focus on the nuances of class actions in the food & beverage industry and the many challenges and opportunities that come into play when building and funding a class action litigation. Kelly will be joined by Steven P. Blonder (Much Shelist), Jennifer Elmer (Barilla Group), Steven A. Hard (Hart, McLaughlin & Eldridge) and Kara L. McCall (Sidley Austin).
