Leeor Cohen to speak at AIJA Annual Litigation Conference

Leeor Cohen, Vice President at Burford, will be speaking on the panel “Class/ group/ multi-party actions: Challenges” at the AIJA Annual Litigation Conference. The session will take place on 14 October at 10:40 AM CEST.

The panel will examine the challenges of large scale and group litigations with perspectives from both members of the judiciary and practitioners. The panellists will discuss the topics of opt-ins or opt-outs, case and client management and conclude their discussion by examining the financing of class, group and/or multi-party actions. Leeor will be joined by Daniel Lucey (McCann Fitzgerald), Anouk Rosielle (Dentons) and Damiën Berkhout (Scott + Scott).
