Matt Lee, Principal at Burford, will be speaking at the panel “Climate change disputes and greener arbitration” hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce. The panel will take place on June 9 at 4pm AEST/ 2am EST/ 7am BST.
The discussion will focus on the impact of the recent increase in climate change disputes and also help practitioners think about their own impact on the environment. The panel will consider how climate change disputes and arbitration itself can become “greener.” The event is aimed at young arbitration practitioners and students but is open to all counsels, arbitrators, in-house counsels or academics interested in international arbitration and dispute resolution.
The ICC is the institutional representative of more than 45 million companies in over a hundred companies and aim to make business work for everyone, every day, everywhere.
