The webinar is part of the Debevoise IDRG Webcast Series and will focus on the recent developments in key jurisdictions and how they influence the enforcement of arbitral awards. Topics to be discussed include the impact of Brexit in the UK, the strengthening of arrangements in place between Hong Kong and Mainland China, the development of the International Commercial Court in Singapore and the increased scope of third-party funding.
