Quentin Pak, Director at Burford, will be guest speaking at a session of the course “Practice of International Arbitration” conducted by Suveeksha Eduskills Academy of Executive Education in association with Bar & Bench. The two-month course will take place from 15 June - 21 August and Quentin’s session will take place 26 June.
The course consists of 10 sessions focusing on different aspects of international arbitration, including drafting agreements, appointment of arbitrators, interim relief and challenging awards. Quentin will be joined by Montek Mayal (FTI Consulting) and Chaitali Wadhwa (Manav Rachna University). The course is open to 40 students and focuses on providing practical guidance on the conduct of the arbitral process, particularly with the use of technology in virtual arbitrations.
